I think this is a perfect example of "good for a Wii game".
I just mentioned in another thread that I thought it was by genera... I stand corrected.

more content = better , deal with it
Yea but who knew FU2 on PS3/360 just needed an extra hr and level and would have gotten a 7.5.
[QUOTE="DragonfireXZ95"]Wow, was watching the PC version. It's a complete mess. lolIkuto_Tsukiyomi
Wow, I thought they would of learned the first time, Didn't they fire the entire team that did the TFU port and hire better people?
And how bad can it be? :?
I don't see why people keep saying the PC version is a mess. For one, it runs better on my machine than it does on my PS3, and secondly, because I'm closer to my computer monitor, I notice a great bit more detail within the game than I would if I were playing the game on my TV screen.[QUOTE="Half-Way"]

and a 2-player mode , some cutscenes where missing and maybe the waggle also added to the experience.

Well according to the review the battle mode is more of a curious thing you wont getto deep into. Also he said the cutscene they show in wii isint really that important so if you missed it its not a huge lost. Im just saying what GS review said.

he did say that, but i just added it to the reasons why it got a 7.5, i mean even the reviewer himself stated that the game was better on the wii, and the knowledge he had about the missing stuff from the other versions shows that he had played the HD versions.
Exactly cause of that its a rare occurrence. Why is it such a big deal when a multiplat scores higher on Wii (not even good of a multiplat at that), when it happens vice versa all the time?

[QUOTE="67gt500"]I think that just goes to show the different standards for each platform, Pc= highest standards, 360/ps3, then wii. Simple really. Or, maybe it's because a less than stellar game is redeemed by the incredibly intuitive and satisfying motion controls the Wii offers. If it's anything like the first Force Unleashed for the Wii, the motion controls make the game just, plain, fun.Just when I had pretty much given up on buying this one due to lackluster reviews, our very own Kevin VanOrd reveals that the Wii version is the go-to version of TFU2... The GS Reviews can be viewed here. So, any renewed interest among HD console / PC owners who might also happen to own a Wii?

It's up against Nintendo's own games on Wii, that's not just Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime that is also every classic on the virtual console including Zelda: Ocarina of Time and every Gamecube game compatible with Wii such as Mario Sunshine and Eternal Darkness. That's why Gamespot have to be tougher with Wii scores so 7.5 say's something.
[QUOTE="racing1750"]I really don't care for the reviews. I'm loving the game on the 360.sts106matme too, i finished it on easy and dont get why the reviews are bad. the levels are more gritty and akin to what you might see in the OT. the combat is fun, the graphics amazing, the sound great. loads of replay value IMO. Agreed. When I started the first level I was completely hooked. The combat is so much fun. I absolutely love the euphoria engine they use for the physics. In GTA IV I would run down pedestrians all day just to see the physics :P
A good game on the wii, normally = a bad game on the other 2 consoles. Sorry mate, thats the way it usually is, excuse me for getting it twisted. The Wii is a joke of a console.[QUOTE="Advid-Gamer"][QUOTE="Half-Way"]
ya, it cant possibly have to do with the fact that the wii version has more content then the others. (2 players mode / more cutscenes - as explained in the review)
read the review next time, before you fanboygasm this thread.

i dont think you understand the basics of "different standards". Its not just about hardware, its about genres aswell on the specific consoles.
Well then the standards of action game on the other consoles are much higher. Can Force Unleashed match God Of War? Of course not, what does the Wii have in the way of action games? That one crap game with Travis in.
I love the action and the story, but damn... there's only four levels long, (I'm not even joking) and two of them - the first and last - are them same. So three levels, one of which you play twice. This game should have been $15 dlc or something.donalbaneYes, this post is 100% accurate! I beat the game in just under 4 hours, and like he said, the first and last levels are the same. I remember in FU1 you could destroy almost anything, but in FU2 most of the world is static. This would have made even a poor expansion pack for FU1.

It's just fanboys being fanboys. The wii version is the best version...surprisingly.I'm amused that multi-plats score better on PS3 and 360 all the time because they're better versions. But the one time a wii multi-plat scores higher than the other two, then it's because the wii has lower standards.
Can someone please explain this to me?

Damage control. The different standards thing was proven false when Mario won GOTY above the rest of the HD games which had the same score.I'm amused that multi-plats score better on PS3 and 360 all the time because they're better versions.
