It just goes to show you outside the System Wars how much people really like the Wii. It took the effort of two threads to really push to get over the Wii's lead. I know last night before this thread was made the Wii was ahead with 57%.

I think it still comes down to most PS2 fans are going to the Wii rather than the PS3 due to cost.

One of the NPD did analyst a couple months back. I wish i could find the link. Anyways it said something like a person who only owned a PS2 last gen was 2.5 times more likly to buy a Wii over any other system this gen.

Make it PC exclusive. most powerful, best hardware, best controls, best online.....its just unbeatable. i dont want pansie console toys holding the game back.

seriously..id quite like it to come to 360, ps3 and PC...more so PC because i prefer FPSs on PC.

wii wouldnt be the end of the world though. maybe a lack of technology is what free radical need to get the magic back (ooo haze....*facepalm*). would be nice to have a great FPS on wii also.

Not saying they will ignore it but at the same time it will be hard for a third party company to not look at the lower cost of making a Wii games and then see that Nintendo sold more games during the same amount of time the 360 did. The games will come to both systems those who own all three will win. But you are still going to see more and more exclusives coming to the Wii and they are already starting to get better. You can already see that with the average score of Wii games are going up from last year.

I am not going to dispute the titles on the Wii because I happen to like many of them. I own 13 Wii games, 11 360 titles and 10 PS3 games. So far for me there has been more Wii titles I have liked and there is more which I am looking forward to this year than the other two together. You are getting a lot of the odd new IPs on the Wii because of the low cost of making the game. Which is what I am looking forward to I am tried of shooters and play more of my RPGs on the PSP or DS.

wii is where the $$$ is.

Here's a bit of information that NPD and Nintendo didn't share with us. Last week we found out that the Wii and DS took the top two spots in the sales charts for August. What we didn't hear was that the DS shattered an all-time record for August sales. With the DS moving 518,300 units, it now holds the record for most consoles sold in August. The previous record-holder was Sony with the PS2. Their August record clocked in at 454,300. The Wii just missed out on beating that record as well, with 454,000 units sold.

On top of tha, you have to look at just what exactly is selling

I find it hard to believe that if the PS3 wins, They wont release it on any other platforms, They would lose a lot of money.ShamrockRovers
