@hardwenzen: Someone is deflecting I see, too ashamed of your own **** setup? Being a fanboy must suck

Also only an idiot would buy an RGBChair (or any gaming chair) over an office chair or an rgb headphones over proper headphones.

🤷‍♂️
And you really thought i was ashamed of posting my setup? Know to whom you're talking to, buddy. My ps5 is on the floor on the right side of the desk btw.

@hallenbeck77:

RGB/Gaming headphones tend to be meh. You are paying a premium for something that lights up or has a cool design but that does not sound better (and frankly sounds worse) than proper headphones. One is way better of getting headphones from proper headphone companies (say a sennheiser hd650/6xx, audio technical m50, etc) for the same price or cheaper. Will sound significantly better than the crap logitech, razer, steelseries and etc make.

Yeah RGB chairs (and gaming chairs in general) are just "cool" looking chairs that are allflash and no substance. Imo gaming chairs are things that may look nice but one is just paying for the flash, with none of the ergonomics of a proper office chair. Honestly do not understand all the people who buy gaming chairs like secret lab even though they are completely uncomfortable (spend less and get something from ikea or staples, or more and get a steel case leap or herman miller).

With RGB mice and keyboard it kind of makes sense, from the perspective that the good gaming mice tend to come with rgb by default, and many mechanical keyboard also come with rgb by default. But headphones and chairs imo it's the opposite, the good ones don't come with rgb/"cool" designs, the bad ones do.

Being that you just posted a random image off the internet, it's hard to think otherwise.

@tribesjah: Wow. But, people are going to buy what they like. They look nice but if it's just cosmetic over function and/or performance, it's probably not for me. Appreciate the info.

@hallenbeck77:

Exactly, dude posts some random image off the internet. Only thing one can think is that he is embarrassed about his own, and therefote deflects. Which mind you I am not an elitist, everyone has a different setup based on their needs and budget, and that is all fine, but when he makes fun of say people who only own a switch or an Xbox or a PC, yet only owns a PS5 and even then doesn't even play it on a TV, that's kind of pathetic (he is kind of like a pot calling the kettle black situation). In my view got to put people like that (fanboys) in their place. Frankly, if I had to guess/bet, he is probably some overweight neckbeard who takes things too seriously and likes to troll since nothing better to do

And no problem happy to help! And yup completely cosmetic/form over function (but I feel like a lot of "gaming" peripherals are). My biggest issue is with the chairs (headphones, fine most people can't tell between good and meh ones sound wise) but the chairs are awful, completely uncomfortable, hurts back and etc (and this is coming from someone who is, or more accurately was, very fit at the time...less muscular now due to pandemic sadly, I am guessing heavier set people would be even more uncomfortable in the gaming chairs, I bought one when the pandemic started due to looks and since company was paying, and immediately returned it and got a proper office chair instead)
