Well I got a PS3 believe it or not, with Uncharted 3.....and I have to say I'm pretty damn happy with my purchase. I mean I have around 15 games right now I want to play not on PC, so I figured that was well worth the price tag plus my blu-ray player crapped out on me. I'm really thinking about Dark Souls, it looks pretty fun plus I LOVE games with a challenge. I want to get Red Dead...is it really THAT bad on PS3 compared to 360? I mean not seeing the 360 version for myself I would think it would really matter.

So I guess I'm not longer Hermitt exclusive......I feel kind of weird :P

Can't comment on Red Dead Redemption as I played the 360 version. I'd highly recommend Dark Souls if the patch fixing input lag is up. Not sure if it is as I haven't played it in a while. If you aren't considering it already, I also recommend Killzone 2, my favourite PS3 game, which should be at bargain bin prices by now.

I was in that boat once, but I just do not dig what the PS3 offers (in terms of its high profile lineup).

Though I'm not sure what you're talking about with Red Dead. It's not as if it has terrible framerate or anything on the PS3. It's just lower resolution, and a bit more washed out.

The day that I heard Rayman Origins was $60 was the day I lost interest. T'was only fueled further when I heard the game was both easy, and short.

I was just not expecting that title to be $60....

@miller - Played and beat the PS3 version of RDR, I had no problems with it but I've never really had a technical eye. It's definitely playable and enjoyable at the least. Welcome to the peasant realm btw :P

Yeah man, poor Cavia. If they just got some top tier programmers, a bigger budget for all of their games, and had better engines to work with they could've been legendary.

Not only the first but the second too :P, i remember so little about it but the dragon gives his heart to the boy or something its just like Nier the soundtrack and the story is what its about, check some gameplay videos it looks good. :D
