I know it's impossible to do so, but you have to try and keep your expectations in check, which is what I always do. So when a game disappoints me, that means it's bad on its own merits and not just hype. I try to reel in all expectations and take each game as its own creation.

I think Quake 4 was another (which I want to give another shot to and re-review, but that's neither here nor there). Honestly, after I played Gears of War 2 I was so ticked off with how bad it was that I took a 6 month break from videogames. :P

Yeah, dude, six months. I just stopped. Didn't turn on any of my game platforms, didn't pick up a controller, just stopped.

The game that got me back into the groove was Mass Effect. And then I started following it up with games like Prince of Persia, Dead Space, BlazBlue, etc.

Kind of hard to believe that ME got me back into gaming, because the sequel to that games sucks so badly..... :P

I lost of a couple of marks because I was lazy with the results section.I just want to get a 2.0 or above on all the university courses I taking right now so I can transfer to another university next year.

My marks for a lot of the sections on the report were all over the place. I got in the score range of 5/10 to 8/10 on most of the sections, butone section I got a 9/10.
