One looks like an interesting blend of FPS/stealth/and crazy...the other is more hitman. Clearly Dishonored is the winner here.

If you get a chance to watch the ground zeroes video pause it when the disfigured man shows his face. Pull up a picture of colonel volgin. Profit.

They're just glaring similarities between the 2 Paz is an agent of Cipher, Who later identifies themselves as the patriots. This mysterious man is after paz. What was volgin after? The philosphers legacy which was funded into the patriots/cipher.
