let me educate you on indian food (british indian food obviously):-
popodums are like a big savoury crisp, you put mango chutney, lime pickle, chopped onion on and munch (its a like a pre-starter)
Onion bhaji are basically deepfried onions in a batter which has spices in, piping hot they are amazing with some mint yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Chicken vindaloo, is a very hot curry sauce, too hot for wimps.
The naan is a bread which you dip in your curry, or put a tablespoon of curry on top of a small piece and eat like a pizza if you want.
the peshwari naan i like has ground almond / coconut in it. so its sweetness works amazing with the intense heat from the curry.

its about an american dude who tries to do food based challenges, like eat 7 pound hamburger in an hour or eat the hottest curry in america, stuff like that. they also show how they cook the food (lots of it looks delicious) and the guy who presents and does the challenges seems like a great guy, he is well funny and its his personality and comments that make the show for me.

Oh my dayum. So much goodness.[QUOTE="freedomfreak"][QUOTE="sts106mat"]Oh my dayum. So much goodness. if you feel like it, try and find the second part of that episode i linked, that is where he actually takes on the huge knucklehead challenge. bear in mind, just watching some of these challenges can make you feel a bit sick. Yeah, I've also watched that. It's just insane. But I'd still love to try it :Pits about an american dude who tries to do food based challenges, like eat 7 pound hamburger in an hour or eat the hottest curry in america, stuff like that. they also show how they cook the food (lots of it looks delicious) and the guy who presents and does the challenges seems like a great guy, he is well funny and its his personality and comments that make the show for me.

Speaking as a Yuropean, you know what the best thing about traveling to the US is ?
Those god damn burger joints. I just can't get a decent burger over here, we only have Mcdonalds and that's just disgusting. Those burgers they give you always look like crap compared to the commercials...
I know what you mean. If you really want a good burger though get some organic burgers (or conventional ones I honestly don't know) and just make the damn thing yourself. So good.~ Man I remember having this gigantic hamburger in southern texas and it was just SO F*CKING GOOD. Then again it might not be that big since I was like 7 lol.Speaking as a Yuropean, you know what the best thing about traveling to the US is ?
