Right now, it's not too bad. A lot of rain and wind. It's only meant to get really bad tomorrow, though my power has been fluctuating. I can only imagine how terrible it is for certain parts of the States, and the Caribbean.

Do you make sure to stretch every day?

I have sciatica too, but it hasn't bugged me in ages. I always feel a slight pain, but I can run, and play soccer, and can lift heavy things and whatever now.

There are stretches you can do even while sitting down playing video games.
