if you have access to a clean body of water swimming would be the best cardio workout for you.
I can run for miles or ride trails for hours but half an hour in a swimming pool and I'd have to take a nap after just to function normally for the rest of the day.
If you get something like a 20lb vest you can really work yourself out on a treadmill just by walking on an incline. Biking inside is something I treat when I want to go for an easy day though adding something like ankle weights would easily stress you out (I imagine).
