Okay heres the scenario.

yesterdayI had 150 ms points today I have 430 surprised by this I checked my billing history and it shows today 280 points were added no details on this addition no charge was made to my credit card, the xbox rewards page shows no update I still have 310 points pending combined from certain actions I've done on xbox live, surveys taken..etc

I called phone support verified my account..etc and the support tech confirmed the points had been added, my credit card had not been charged, he said the description on his screen was promo but no other description was attactched to the points I brought up that a month or 2 back a load of users had received points then those points were taken away *some users had used the points* he advised I sit on the points. I then decided to touch base with the twitter support guys since they have usually given me better results in the past and they keep asking the same questions over and over I tried to be as clear as I can on the issue...

oh my god idiocy update while I was writing this...here is 2 tweets I tweeted at them.

@XboxSupport question concerning points appearing on my xbox live account, as of yesterday I had 150 microsoft points on my account 1/3

@XboxSupport Today 280 ms points were added no charge was applied to my card they just appeared Microsoft billing webpage shows 2/3

Now later on where is what they asked...
