Usually when these sales happen the shelves get cleared fast. Good luck!

This is the third year that I've seen this deal at Target, but they may have been doing it longer. Another great benefit of Physical games over DD besides the DRM problem of console DD.
It was really nice last year during the PS4 launch as people were picking up PS4 launch titles for basically $40 each which was unheard of. I picked up a few Wii U games, but the Xbone didn't release until the sale was over which was a bummer.
Good deal, better than Best Buy or Gamestop, and you don't have to be a member to enjoy the deal.

Ooh, I'm impressed you knew that. I left that out as I made a point about being not having to be a member, but HELL YEAH, I take advantage of the Target Red Credit Card discount every time! :)
The Target Credit Card is great. It's one of my little secrets. :P
@SolidTy: Doesn't have to be a credit card, it can work the same as a debit card, boom straight from checking! (thats how I use mine)
Also when does dragon age launch? Is it the 18th?
Yep it's the 18th.
:( this would have been perfect

Tell me about. I really want that and Smash.
Usually when gamestop does this the 3rd game you get for free has to be at least the same amount as the price of the lowest game you get. How does the target deal work?

Gamestop does it on used games, Target is doing it on new games. Just fwy.
As far as how it works?
It's exactly the Same, much like any retailer. They aren't going to be stupid. They ring up three games and the cheapest is free. The computer does all the work, it doesn't matter what order you ring the games up in.
People should stop thinking they are going to buy two $5 dollar games and grab a $60 title for free. No.
@PhazonBlazer: Seriously wish this was a thing on November 21 :(
Why?
AC Unity comes out on the 11th
If the MCC is still on the shelves I'll definitely take advantage of this deal (as I was going to pay $60 for this regardless). Would get Shadow of Mordor and probably Sunset Overdrive (or Alien Isolation) on the side.
Yeah but Smash and Pokemon don't come out until the 21st. I'm only geting the MCC. Good deal though
MCC, madden, and get NHL for free? when does dragons age come out?
Well, at its current state a physical alternative is great for consoles... as soon as the console digital store prices become more competitive, then we will get to see a decline in physical demands. But, I doubt there will be any good digital distribution sales for consoles any time soon.
@pikachudude860: lol when has a buy 2 get 1 free deal ever let the free item be worth more than the other items? I have never ever ever seen tht happen. It's pretty safe to assume the free game will be the least value if there is a cheaper game u buy that is.
Btw best buy is selling their gcu 2 year membership for 30 bucks if buy it with a game at least 39.99. I love gcu. 20% all new games. And if you preorder some games u get 10 dollars credit on top of it. I haven't paid more than 48 dollars for new game in awhile.
@Basinboy: I wouldn't say that. I preorder say cod pay 48 bucks get 10 back in rewards, use 10 from my last preorder. Use the 10 from that on MCC so pay 38. I can get 3 games for 114 + tax so that's alittle better than buy 2 get 1.
