Yup, Team Fortress2 on PC is the king of all online FPS. Sorry Halo and COD, but TF2 >>>> ALL!
:)
Not only is it the best online game this gen but might be the best onlien game ever.
That is all!

TF2 on PC is an unbalanced game filled with bugs, and broken patches. Just today I finally got experience horrible framerate. I thought it was just a myth even though it's such a common problem with TF2. Maybe it's caused by new hardware, or new drivers, but nope. Nothing changed with my computer since the day I got TF2, and yet here I am with horrible framerate that was 60 fps just yesterday :(
CS 1.6 still rightfully holds the crown. TF2 is a piece of garbage.
Eh, I've played it and while I acknowledge it's a good game, I just don't think it's that fun. I'd take some good ol' Halo:CE over it. :)
Yeah. I've found no bugs, the game is balanced and the patches have been perfect.TF2 on PC is an unbalanced game filled with bugs, and broken patches. rofl at thinking TF2 is balanced.
Also sad you don't remember hitboxes being incredibly messed up for the Ambassador a few weeks ago? Or spy backstabs failing to work? Or do you not play that class?
Let's not forget when they fixed splash damage, increased FaN damage, reduced damage caused during a sandman stun, or took away the 50 health added by the backburner. There's a reason they had to fix this, and that is because for week and weeks these parts of the game were horribly broken.
How someone can not catch onto these things is beyond me especially when Valve has a website that shows everything.
Let me ask anyone who plays TF2 and thinks it's amazing. What class do you play the most?

I suppose you hate just about every shooter out there then. Seeing asupdates/patches and changes to the game are a huge fault in your opinion. Seeing as every shooter and I'd say 95% of the games out there have some sort of update on the consoles or a patch on PC, you must really hate...well...all shooters and probably most games. Because most of them do some sort of alteration to the game after release either through an update or a patch. This is like faulting online for having lag sometimes...it's just stupid.
Best online game ever. When did Starcraft become nonexistant?ArisShadowsHe said all Online FPS, not all online games period. And, I have to agree with TC, TF2 is superb. :)

The patches introduce small imbalances that are always addressed within the week. The game is pretty damn well balanced, otherwise there would be a concentration with a single overpowered class, which there's not. They weren't "horribly broken," except for the spy glitches. They were small imbalances.Yeah. I've found no bugs, the game is balanced and the patches have been perfect.[QUOTE="aaronmullan"][QUOTE="Mr_Nordquist"]

I play Spy alot. Clocking in around 13 hours of him alone. They fixed the hit boxes within a day. I play all the classes equally, that's how I know it is balanced. Every class has a counter class.[QUOTE="Mr_Nordquist"][QUOTE="aaronmullan"] Yeah. I've found no bugs, the game is balanced and the patches have been perfect. pyromaniac223

The game is pretty damn well balanced, otherwise there would be a concentration with a single overpowered class, which there's not. They weren't "horribly broken," except for the spy glitches. They were small imbalances. The balance between classes isn't a game balance issue since there is no player cap with any given class and even if there was some insanely overpowered class you could just have a 16v16 with everyone using that class. The classes are so individually specialized that it's kind of silly to see somebody say that there are small imbalances between the classes. What exactly is a sniper going to do to compensate against a charging Pyro? What is a Scout going to do against an engineer? The classes are designed with rock-paper-scissors.[QUOTE="Mr_Nordquist"][QUOTE="aaronmullan"] Yeah. I've found no bugs, the game is balanced and the patches have been perfect. aaronmullan

No, no no I actually love just about every shooter out there. Patches/updates aren't faults, but you know what is? Not fixing gameplay problems that exist, or breaking the working aspects of the game.
TF2 is just off in a corner of it's own being consistently broken in some way or another, and always imbalanced.

They do their best. Thousands upon thousands play it everyday and are constantly reporting stuff that needs to be addressed. No game is perfect.

Co-sign, TF2 only gets better imo with time.
Out of Killzone 2, Halo 3, CoD4, Resistance 1, Resistance 2, Left 4 Dead, Rianbow Six Vegas, Unreal Tournament 3, and TPS like Gears, Gears2, and Warhawk Team Fortress 2 is probably my least favorite online shooter this gen :(Couth_
Sounds like you have only played the console version :P
Played it on ps3 or 360?

Fair enough bud. I thought the game was decent on ps3 and 360, but i cant get enough of it on pc with all the new weapons, user made maps, tons of servers,etc.. it feels like a totally differnt game to me. I bought halo3, cod4/5, killzone2, and all the big name FPS this gen, but non gives me the enjoyment of TF2 on pc.

That's the issue I have with Team Fortress 2. It turned the original game of quick-paced, lateral thinking teamwork into a game of rock-paper-scissors in an attempt to sell to the masses. It may be a good game, but it's disgusting compared to the first Team Fortress.
Even then, purists will argue that the original Quake mod was far better than TFC.

They are all very good imo. I said it "MIGHT" be the best onlien FPS ever (not that it is, just that in the future it might be). Its defiantly in my top 3 of all time, but defiantly my favorite fps onlien game this gen.
