Time to get hyped, SW. The Sony 1st party cavalry is on its way. God of War 3 HD, Until Dawn,Tearaway, are just the tip of the iceberg. Will you be picking this one up, SW? The Vita version was great, so this will probably be even better.
it's a company, they will want to milk out the customers the best they can. of course, that would be too steep, then they will cut the price by 10$ in just a week..
Calvary? Give me a break. I love my PS4 and all, but the only good exclusives this year will be this and the already released Bloodborne. Does anyone really expect Until Dawn to be excellent?
$40 for a game that only cost $40 when it first came out on the Vita a year and a half ago. Thanks, but I'll pass. Even with a few added levels, it's still over priced.
So basically an indie port vs. Halo fucking 5, Forza 6, Rise of Tomb Raider, Gears of War Ultimate, Fable Legends, Battletoads, Crackdown, Scalebound, Quantum Break, Joe Montana Football 2016, Fallout 4. Best lineup in Xbox history!
Yeah... good luck during the holidays and the rest of the generation Sony LOL. even Sony fans will get tired of indie crap and change sides.
Agreed. Every bit as much as any other game out there. For some reason because the art style is stylized, it's suddenly an indie title :/
It's a vita port in the style of what is known to be an indie stylized game, not a AAA game, it's not worth $40 let alone $60... A games price should be calculated by not only the quality of the content but the production value and investment by the company in said project. A game like The Order for example justifies a price of $40 given both of those aspects, low quality game with immense production cost/value. A game like Tearaway justifies $20, low production value/cost on the end of the company with quality content, the quality of the content in a game styled like this though does not offset the production value/cost therefore it must be lower.
It's a $20 game, $24.99 at most which is exactly why within a month of release for the Vita the price was dumped to $19.99.

Say what? Is that like a coined term? Trademarked n all? This game has been remade for the PS4 with more levels and content. It's a full length 3D platformer that makes use of the DS4's touch pad and sensors. It has around 50% more content than the Vita game. It's not a port what so ever, it's graphics have been totally rebuilt akin to Halo 2 Anniversary. If by the fact that it isn't a brand new experience means that it isn't worth $60, then fair enough. But this game on PS4 will offer just as much content as Rares supposed 3D platformer they are bringing to Xbox One. It's not an Indie game, it never was. Just because it's creative doesn't mean it's not AAA.

It's a two year old Vita game with an extended story and redundantly obvious upgrades done that do not need listing for the PlayStation 4, really think about that...
Oh noes! Will somebody think of the metagame? Where games magically disappear when they reach more gamers? The humanity!
As for the game, Tearaway is one of the gems of the Vita system, but I have it there already. Iirc, weren't they talking about changing the levels around for this game and adding a bunch of new content? If so, it'll be an easy purchase, but I'll have to see more about the final product. And we'll have to run all that new and different content through the Metgame Tribunal to see if it's enough to be a separate release. Important times we live in...
So we have confirmed already Tearaway, a tales rpg and uncharted remaster, that without rime, nms, ttc, drean to death, until down and hellblade damn i though the ps4 had no games this holidays.

Lol, a pile of ports and indie titles. You'd be spitting on Xbox if that's all it had to offer.
