PC can be a console. It can perform many console functions such as play different games. Arcade is in a different league. It's a huge clunky machine (from what I remember last time I played one :P) that only plays one game. It's still an exclusive in System Wars becasue System Wars considers PC, PS3, X360, and Wii the only systems (handhelds = PSP and DS).

Well, he is just using the same line of thinking. He doesn't need a 360 to play mass effect as long as he can go to a friend's house. Same thing with Tekken 6, you can go to a public arcade and use it there, except that you have to pay. Unless you go and buy the Tekken 6 machine, which would be quite expensive, then you would own it, not just borrowing its time. These lines are starting to get blurred, starting with the PC/360 exclusive debate and now PS3 vs. arcade machine :?
