That Overstrike trailer was downright TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, Insomniac makes it transition to multi-platform games and this is what they have to offer? A trailer full of generic characters and extremely poor humor? Oh look, the ever so often used former "badass" alcoholic cop. An asian chick who can turn invisible. A token black guy and another character not even worth remembering. I like two Rachet and Clank games while ignoring the garbage Resistance series. Can anybody tell me why EA would even be interested in teaming up with this mediocre bunch??

EA teamed up with them cause the dev team is talented and I expect great things from this game.

Exactly. Thats why I'm confused as to why EA would even do business with them. What big selling games have they ever released? Have they ever even released a game in contention for GOTY? Overstrike will be another mediocre game added to their mediocre catalog. Watch.....

I thought it looked interesting. Is it 4 player coop and on the PC?

I thought it was great imo.

I actually thought that it was a really good trailer. The art direction was great and I very much enjoyed it's charm. Usually insomniac's games have terribel humor like the Ratchet and Clank games but this I liked

I thought it looked good. It was funny. Reminded me of The Incredibles for some reason. Besides, not much you can tell from a CG trailer.

Most interesting game reveal for E3 IMO

I thought it looked good, and showed a lot of the same trademark humor they've used with R&C.

The way it was animated reminded me of The Incredibles.

The characters are a million times fresher than space marines or US soldiers ...

That trailer was enough to get me interested.Insomniac makes fantastic weapons and the R&C games are hilarious and fun to play. It showed be enough for me to give them the benefit of the doubt even though I dislike the Resistance series.

It's The Incredibles all over again. There are some things you are allowed to judge. I don't care if there isn't a Wii U/PC version because the game will definitely be weak.

Something like Sanzaru Games working on Sly Cooper 4 shouldn't be judged, however.

i am sad because of the way some people ahve been treating insomniac, and the absolutely attrocious things that people have been saying about them, they are one of the best devs in the industry and truthfully, anyone who talks trash about insomniac because they went multiplat, because they dont like the way one of their games look, or thinks that they should have stayed exclusive to sony, anyone who truthfully believes those things doesnt deserve to be a gamer, also, i thought the overstrike trailer was downright awesome, really made me want to play the game

I never insinuated I had a problem with them going multiplat. Hell, I game on my PC waaay more than my consoles. My issue is the generic approach they took with their first multi-plat title. Also, please stop acting like Insomniac is Naughty Dog, Epic or Bungie. They don't even have ONE series that leads any genre in critical acclaim. They have a bunch of decent titles just like a ton of other devs. Nothing makes them stand apart from the pack...
