Don't worry, it's not a flame thread. It's an actual test site that puts 11 games running at 30 and 60 frame side by side.

Click on the monitor to select your choice and it'll tell if it's correct or not.

I got 10/11. Arma helicopter got me. Everything else was almost dead give away after a few seconds. Still wish tehy'd put a fighting game on the test.

How much can you get?

Edit: Just realized these are randomized, so keep that in mind. Still no issue though.

i don't really have a computer to use and none of these things ever work on iPhone. Oh well.

And that was with IE on my work laptop and not Chrome which is recommended. The videos kept stopping for some reason.

The site just doesn't want to load correctly for me. I got to the sixth video before becoming impatient and quitting.

The difference is very noticeable. Especially when playing games. You notice the difference in both look and feel.

If you can't tell the difference, you need to upgrade your eyes. Seriously!

On my phone at work but anyone with working eyes should be able to tell the difference. Only insecure consolites ever said you couldn't tell the difference so they could feel better about playing games at 30fps.

Scored 8/11. Thought it was pretty tricky overall. I suppose this means I can save a lot of money on upgrades :)!

When I took time to look 11/11 but when I just went through it at speed and tried to guess within 2 seconds 9/11.

It was pretty obvious though, you an see the 30FPS looks like slide show when the camera turns.

Though one day we'll be calling 60fps pesantry as we are at 120 or 144 hz.

Most of them was so easy to tell , found them at the first 2-3 seconds.

2 of them were tricky though had to take my time maybe because they werent actually gameplay but some sort of in game cutscene

i got 1 wrong, that army helicopter one but i didnt take the whole test i stopped because i got bored after the mario kart one.

@deadline-zero0: I got about 1/2 correct. Which, is about what I expected.

11/11 Only the Arma helicopter one made me hesitate a little

I tried to take it, but the videos stutter on my browser, so that was self defeating... :/

That said, I did get the Arma II one right, surprised it is tripping so many people

got 'em all. I could just imagine the buttery control.

The hardest part was the fact they are so small.

I shall torture myself by playing Destiny for 4 hours straight!

Now where's the test to tell the difference between 900p and 1080p?

I got 11/11 fairly easily and quickly. My eyes for some reason have always been super sensitive to framerate, I can usually tell roughly what a game is running like without and tools (like fraps). Some claim the human eye can't see over 60...I think that's BS.

I couldn't tell a difference, but I was able to randomly guess after I figured out the order of choosing right, right, left.

Surprisingly I got 11/11... But this is only because I was purposefully studying small details to try to tell the difference.

quite easy when coming from 144 fps. i just click the less shitty one.

Easiest thing I have done all day.

Easy to see a difference and even easier to feel one in motion.

Yeah, it's one thing to simply view it, but when you are actually in control of what's going on on-screen, 30fps can feel pretty sloppy.

Hint: For console fanboys who think that the human eye can't see above 30 fps anyway, the 60 fps video is the one that is invisible to you.

@mikhail: Thats why it was so easy to get 11/11. I kept choosing the blank space.

The fact that the most popular game franchise on console is 60 fps shows that consolites know the difference.
