The 360 lineup is better!

Whats wrong with Fable 3 (not available on the Wii and PS3) and Crackdown 2? PS3 has just 2 games as well, LBP2 and GT5....Socom will be a huge flop (its so casualized now).

Socom 4 will be lucky to get an 7.5. Zipper has gone down hill and you can see it in their latest game Mag. Also from the videos I saw a few days ago LBP2 isn't going to be AAA. It doesn't look very good compared to the first one. GT5 is the only good game this fall for Sony and I really don't care about sim racers.

Fable 2 didnt exactly help out Gears 2 in the system wars arguments back in 2008, so why should Fable 3 do any better paired with Halo Reach? Include Fable if you want, its still not going to match up with either GT5 or LBP2. Its only hope is that Socom 4 stays in the 8's with it.

What do you mean "didn't help out gears"? Fable is a solid AA franchise which has never scored less than an 8.5 here...so its not that far off the AAA mark. Also IMO the 360 destroyed the PS3 this year with ME2, Splintercell, ALan Wake and soon to be Halo and Fable...but of course since some of them are available on the PC their existence should be forgotten.

Disagree 360 lineup is getting uneccesarily slammed lately, but Reach could easily get a 9.0 bro...get real no way it gets a 10 and I doubt even a 9.5. Personally I think the 360 and PS3 fall line ups are basically equal.

If your comparing the Xbox 360 vs. the PS3 vs. the Wii then Fable III is an exclusive if you are comparing the PC vs. all 3 of those then its not basically thats the bottomline. I mean if you only own a Wii knowing you can play Red Dead Redemption on the PS3 and 360 doesn't help you because you can't play it on YOUR system so for all extensive purposes it might as well be exclusive for you.

Ok fine, but if you are comparing the PS3 vs. 360 then this discussion is irrelevant.

lbp2 and gt5 are almost guranteed AAA games similar to halo reach. Those games would be zelda tp reactions if it flopped. This is the worst line up in years in terms of software in the holiday season. God if only there was a uncharted 2 among thieves this year.

Don't get me wrong I WANT reach to score a 9.5 or 10, but I really see it getting just a 9.0 here on GS. I think that unless it is absolutely astounding or has tons of new innovations its a 9.0 in the GS reviewers eyes.

This. And what's wrong with MAG? The fact that the graphics only look as good as COD when there's 256 players in the game? It wasn't for me, but I can't see why anyone would hate on it. It's a tactical game, and focuses on teamwork.

LBP2 looks to improve everything about the first one. You may be looking forward to Halo: Reach and Fable III. I'm glad you are, but you bash games you know nothing about for no reason. And Halo has a good track record, user and critical reviews, but isn't Fable the series that keeps getting hyped and disappointing people? Just asking.

Yes they buy the parts from other companies but they control the product and branding, in effect they have to total control over the system unlike the PC.

Nah. But when comparng lineups it's a valid point.

The fall lineup for the 360 is better than either the PS3 or Wii. First you have Halo Reach a game that can get nothing less than a 9.5 and maybe even a 10. Second you have Fable III from everything I've seen it looks a lot better than the second one so you know it's going to a better score. Third you have all the multiplats that are 99% of the time better on the 360. :)

but i'm willing to say that i think Nintendo Wii's first party has a lot of great stuff coming.

I think Sony's is solid, i'd of loved to have a new Resistance but oh well.. Gran turismo 5, little big planet 2 will be solid games and will have very long replay value to them. I've never been a SOCOM fan or a fan of anything that Zipper has done...

and Microsoft has Halo: Reach, which if your a fan of, your already set.

Then we got the solid third party support, of which the fanboys of either camp shall march down here and tell the world why their favorite console has the best graphicz over the other console.....
