3. Resident Evil 5

Louis Bedigian: Nearly four years after first experiencing the genre-defining gameplay of Resident Evil 4, Capcom will release the next chapter in their leading survival/horror franchise. Based largely on the last game's mechanics, Resident Evil 5 has yet to show signs of innovation. I like Stalker's gritty real look a lot.

It's actually a pretty dated engine, the upgrades they have done to it is incredible. It actually looks better than Killzone 2 now.

Technically speaking, there are obviously better looking games, mostly on the PC.

That said, Nuts and Bolts is pretty damn gorgeous. People rave about other console games like Killzone 2 and Gears of War 2, but I'd say this looks just as good as any of them.

It was consolites talking about the graphics being the reason it was being hype. You consolites kept trying to say that was the reason we were excited about it (kinda like you are trying to do now), but us hermits kept saying no, we are excite about it because of the gameplay.

I think LBP is still the best looking platformer this year imo.

Overall Crysis Warhead though, don't see how anyone can say anything else.
