yeah, there are alot of things to improve upon in terms of 3d tech.... hologram tech is what i envision for the future... just like the TV the Jetsons had :P

I think people little underates 3D, keep in mind that this technology is like stereo but about vision not sound, it's about delivery to seperet video chanells to your eyes, the rest is done by your brain as you normaly see in 3D (in illusion of 3D to bem ore clear, since we only thinking it's 3D).

So what devices that will output 3D will do is output 2 2D frames for each 3D frame, and how it's gonna output and it will need glasses it's a problem of output device, not blu-ray player or console problem. So in matter of time 3D will become more freindly same as LCD been.

One day you guys gonna be aggueing about which console have better 3D, same as aggue about motion controlers, an gimmnick of 2005-06

Why would 3D in a 2D game be any good? That's just a flat hologram. 3D games actualyl make it seem like stuff is coming out at you.

Between Motion Controllers and 3D I really can't decide, Sony is really pushing it with 3D though, I'm not interested in 3D yet...

your right there is not a difference which is why i believe achievements is the biggest gimmick but its a bonus,

however i agree with you i could make up my own achievements honestly lol
