The Conduit Continues to Impress !!!

I think the game looks interesting, not from a graphical standpoint. It may look better hooked up to my 42" LCD, but I keep my Wii at my girlfriends for her and our kids to play and for me to play on the weekends, so I haven't had a chance to check out the Wii on my LCD yet. But the Conduit does look like a game I would play. I just got a Wii recently so I haven't really been following the games for it. Does the Conduit have online multiplayer?

pft , psp cant even surpass a ps2 ,, it is slightly less powerful lol ,

so go look agai n i remember gta on psp looking less then an improvment over san andreas ,

and psp line up is dead! so dont even compare it to wiis, wii is 100 x better then psps port this port that strategy i laughed when i saw ape escape twisted metal black socom and all the ports pile up , driver 76 is about the only thing psp offered to me ,

besides gta and wwe which i can find on ps2 lol ,

and gow - besides that one , what else does psp have-nothing

dont push the ps3 ports/spin offs because your only asking for a beatdown ,

i rather play ps3s versions over a psp ,

How is the gameplay even worse? It's not out yet and I doubt you've played it.

Still, I think conduit will be mediocre. I hope it's good, but I'm not expecting it to be. I'll bet Call of Duty World at War will remain best fps on wii (or metroid prime if you want to count it as a fps) by the end of 2009.

As always people are way over-exaggerating on the Wii's graphics, the only real bad thing are the jaggies (which are very poor) and some bland details.

I was just curious to see in what ways this game "impresses" excactly, to me looks way worst than Zelda TP or mario

First of all, the pictures are bad quality, not the game graphics. Do you know what happens when you have a picture with a small amount of pixels and make it bigger? The result of this are the pictures you have seen. So stop making dumb comparisons such as " a PS1 looks better" or things like that if you don't know what you're even saying.

New image from Gamespot -- uploaded to Gamespot yesterday. It must Gamespot's fault because this game is totally supposed to be a Crysis killer. :roll:

Conclusion? Still looks poor.

That image looks a bit better, but The Conduit's graphical potential can be seen in a trailer, look for one and you'll notice that it's one of the best looking games in the Wii.

Where have you seen them? Because it's important to remember that most sites for videos reduce the quality of them such as Youtube. Besides, most of what we have seen are screens of an incomplete game, so we have to wait until it is released to see in a TV the true look of it.

I find it hilarious that they went crazy over how this engine is supposed to be the best thing to ever grace the Wii with it's presence. They had to put in all of this effort just to make this game look like a late PS2 game. Kind of sad, when Nintendo themselves have put out better-looking games.

Heck, Madoworld looks better than this.

i agree game looks awesome with a fun multiplayer component this could possibly give my pc a run for its money looks like a solid fun shooter and a solid fun console

They give the positives and negatives from what they have played so far from the demo. And also,consistentlylike other sites, they praise the visuals. So maybe for those who don't like what they see,maybe the game really does look much better in person but I don't know, I personally think the videos online look fine while many others dont, so...:P

However the images the site used in the preview I personally think look pretty bad, they are kinda old except for the last two which are more recent
