They still are to a degree. However, I do not find it bad. It is nothing like when the first game came out. Div 1 was really bad in the beginning, but they tweaked it in the updates to make it respectable. I personally think the gunplay and cover system in the game feels really good. It is not a tactical/simulation shooter. So, you are not going to drop guys with a few rounds.
The enemies aren't that bullet spongey, as soon as you find the right gear it becomes a little easier, oh and the game scales enemies up to your level as to not make the game piss easy.
I love the game but I am so mad I spent $40 on this a couple months ago and now it’s $3.
I got burned. But my buddy picked it up, so we will play through it.
Just tired of all these amazing sales on PS4 LOL.
I don't get this notion, I bought the game when it was half price and got over 100hrs in it and don't care if others are getting it cheaper, it just means there's more people to play with, and yet you say you love it but complain when others get it cheaper???
Hate silent protagonists in photorealistic settings. Especially ugly ones.
You don't like Half-Life?
I do. But I'm also glad the protagonist of HL: Alyx can talk.
It sounded like the game had a decent launch, but had a rough ride since. Looks like it's biting into their player base, and they're getting desperate.
Not interested. I like my looty-shooty sci-fi and unrealistic.
It IS kinda sci-fi (like 10 years into the future type shit), but It's also an extremely competent looter shooter with some cool tech. It's not perfect but for 3 bucks it's totally worth it.
@IMAHAPYHIPPO: I ordered a physical copy online and did not read the fine print (internet required) on the box on the website.
If I remember correctly the reviews I read did not describe the game as a MMO with no single player offline mode.
If the reviews you read did not explain that then they were REALLY bad reviews. I have never seen the game described as anything but an online-only multiplayer game in the same vein as Destiny. Not exactly an MMO but no offline mode.
The game is pretty fun. The fact it doesn't have a story (I mean, it does, but it's shit) and characters to connect with somehow make the game better. I don't have much time to play games these days, but I can have fun with The Division 2 whether I play it for 15 minutes or 1.5 hours.
Does anyone actually enjoy the PvP Conflict mode in The Division 2? I have tried to get into it but just can't. Controls for this game are almost too slow and clunky to work for a fun competitive multiplayer. And the guns I have so far take more than the entire clip to kill somebody.

That's great to hear. Do you stick to story/campaign missions or play other content?

I'm slowly progressing through the game by playing main missions and all kinds of sidequests the game offers. It's fun, and it's cool in co-op, but you can solve every mission solo.
I like the looter aspect of the game, with shitload of guns, gear and stuff to collect.
I'm still not ready to deal with people and idiots in the Dark Zone (PvP), but I'll get there :-D
