Kinda cool to hear the consoles will be able to dial back some graphic options if they want a better frame rate.

To add insult to injury they're trying to lie to us now, straight up lying about something we can blatantly see is untrue like we're idiots or something...

Their damage control is only causing more of it...

If you're sitting on the bike backwards it's actually easy lol, but if you mean actually going backwards well that's another story.

What is the earliest example of them doing this to games, the furthest back I can remember is Far Cry 2.

I at least appreciated the honesty of the previous message, this is just straight bullshit. Are they honestly trying to say that this game wouldn't be more impressive if it was made first and foremost with PCs in mind? Because that's clearly untrue. Of course they need to make sure their game is possible on the lowest common denominator.

More console games should have that option. Some games (from Ubisoft, for example) really don't work well on the PS4 and Xbone's old hardware. Although most console owners are OK with really crappy framerate, it would still be nice.

So does any of that stuff actually happen in the Devision Beta:

the glass breaking so real, the door being closed and animations being so good ?

Or was it all a fake ?

@R4gn4r0k: Game look okay now, but the graphics is nowhere near the E3 2013 level. It seems to me that even the level design is different now. The location that is in e3 is no longer in game. :D Аnimation downgraded, the procedural destruction also has been reduced. Cars look like from a ps3 game or even from a wii! Its funny how games look better 3 years ago. Instead of moving forward we are going backwards XD. It is nowhere near as immersive as in 2013 build. Graphics aside, the whole interface and system has been dumbed down for console bros. The initial Snowdrop engine trailer was on a PC using Ultra settings, and e3 2013 trailer, probably the PC version to its fullest capacity. When someone says without consoles this game would never come out then without PCs this game would of never been coded. ;p Ubishit ruined Massive, i saw it from a mile a away. They did not really want to make 2 different versions, most of castrated version console adapted to better fit on pc, minimum effort, maximum gain.

Their developers aren't smart enough to make a decent PC version, so they have to make up some social justice nonsense about fairness. What's unfair is spending a lot of time and money to have the best gaming machine, only for developers to intentionally cripple the games, Ubisoft is guilty of this.

It's not the developers, you can tell the actual developers at Ubisoft are very talented individuals, all of their reveals speak to this, but the suits want parity and as a result they force the teams to cripple the development of the games they are creating.

HAHA, LOL NO. They still have to develop they're games for the mid range PC's, or else they're games won't sell. And a mid range PC is basicly the same as a Xone/PS4. Look at what other devs are doing on the same hardware. The problem is they're game engine, which is way behind other engines out there.

Ahh I don't care. Were people expecting them not to say this and make no attempt to assuage the whining PC scrutinizers? Its a corporation for gods sake. People here act like they've never lied about anything for their own gain.
