The Last Guardian alive, possibly switched to PS4 title now

At this point it would be easier and faster to port the code over to PS4.

If i were Sony, i would have them cancel the title known as Last Guardian, make a few changes, and announce as a new game.

At this point, the name is toxic, they need to breathe new life and hype into the game otherwise it will sell poorly.

This game has become the new running joke of the gaming industry after Half-Life 3 and Duke Nukem Forever.

Of course it's alive. And I never doubted.

I don't care what they say. They've been saying it's still in development for years. If it's still in development, PROVE IT. Show some photos. Show an edited video. Anything. Because as it stands, this is nothing but bullshit hot air and I don't believe a word of it.

I am hightly disappointed with TLG.. spent way too long waiting for the game to release on PS3 but that never happened..

Although I'll end up getting the game if it ever gets released on PS4, I do hope Sony learns not to announce anything which will not see the light of day for years to come..

I don't see why you're bringing Half-Life 3 into this.

As far as I'm aware, Valve never showed off Half-Life 3 at E3 2009, or pretended that it would be coming out during any specific console generation.

Pretty sure its clear even all but the most committed cows have given up on this one.

It's simply a game that has been rumored, officially or otherwise, to "possibly" be in development for years on end. No, Valve never officially announced it, but it's been a floating concept hovering above the gaming community for years now which is constantly rekindled by some new "evidence" now and again.

Meh gave up ages ago sadly. If this actually comes out eventually and ends up being wonderful like SotC and ICO then great, but games that been through development this long can lead to bad results, probably more so than not.

hhmmm yeah i agree... i still want to believe the game will be released and meet the gamers' expectations but right now it looks more like a dream than a possibility..

They probably worked on The Last Guardian since then:P
