I just cannot wait for the game... it is going to be more than worth the wait and price of admission. It is going to show up ICO and Shadow of the Colossus so badly its going to hurt. Unlike Agro, this new creature looks semi-sentient... like a child... which is going to make a much more powerful plot device.
The leaked one must be an earlier build.

There may be platforms, but this isn't a platformer. It's an adventure.
If you don't understand, here's some homework:
Go out to your local game shop and try to find Ico. If you can't find it, get Shadow of the Colossus. If you can't find either, order them online. If you don't have a PS2 or backwards compatible PS3 to play them on, fix that. You are missing out on some of the most powerful experiences available in interactive media. When you have completed one or both of them, you will understand your current error.
Only then will you be able to accept the truth of Ueda's glory, and be immersed in it.
Do it SAGE, sonicmj1 speaks the truth. Ueda is a master of gaming.
That creature looks so realistic, Team ICO's always breaking the mold and setting new standards in video games.

Is it just me or does that monster look a lot like the flying dog thing from Never Ending Story?
Z0MBIES
Team ICO is in a league of its own.
The games ooze of originality and they actually touch my soul as weird as it may sound.
Never before have I beened more moved by a game.
To me, its not just a game, its a fantasy in which I can live in, it's such a piece of art.
I love these guys.

My disc is too scratched to play :(
Ah, very interesting. Just like the ending of Shadow, the story already shows its depth and beautyI cannot wait to scale this game. The possibilities seem endless with that creature.
What I want to know is, is the boy the Last Guardian, or is it the creature.

it looks beautiful. ICO is probably my second favorite PS2 game after MGS3 so im really stocked for this.
Are you sure you like Ico? Because if not I'm sure I could take that off your hands for you :DMy disc is too scratched to play :(

What's really going to drive this game is the mystery. It's what I love about Team Ico, they just create this unbelievable atmosphere. Who is this creature? Is he/she the only one of its kind? Why is it a mix of so many other creatures? Why is it friendly? Who is the boy? What is their connection? And the fact that they use a little boy to build a relationship with such a mysteriously lovable creature just shows the greatness of the title. This is one game that will define a generation much like Shadow did on the PS2. I cannot praise Team ICO enough because I dont think it gets enough of it to be honest

i hope you are right
yea i was doing some double takes on the footage....looks to be quite interesting.
one thing i do notice is why team ico chooses game settings with little or no people or inhabitants....maybe its why the games look soo good, but with such dope environments, i would want to see a lot more life forms in the game
well we dont actually know if its more populated at this time, they could be in some ruins just outside of a town for all we know. I do know that it was very very intentional in Sotc.yea i was doing some double takes on the footage....looks to be quite interesting.

Old New Locke562The graphical difference is phenomenal. Actually I would call it best graphics on consoles maybe. I'd like to see some more gameplay. Man this game... wow.
The Last Guardian literally won E3 for Sony!
Such an incredible game! I expecta fantastic mixture of storytelling, gameplay and graphics.
Which one is #13 again? The flying one?Oh god I was just replaying SoTC and man killing them makes me so sad  they are so beautiful....why? why do I have to kill them?
I still am in awe @ # 13...
That one is just so epic words fail to describe it.

No, the arrows are actually for you to remove. You can interact with the creature including feeding and petting him. Source: IGNI have a feeling there will be heartbreaking moments involved in the story...
Anyways! do you think they left the arrows in the creature for you to grasp onto for climbing him? Brilliant if so!
