The last of us is contender for one greatest acheivements in video games.

Am i the only person who saw myself as the main character in this game?  Just trying to survive.  Microsoft were the bad guys.

The overhype in general of the game needs to stop, it only came out a few days ago and people claiming "best of all time", without waiting to see if it holds up after a few playthroughs

I agree. I'm halfway through and it's a flipping masterpiece. It has risen the bar for all games from this point forward. Any game that isn't operating on this level anymore will henceforth be seen only as a child's plaything and should gtfo. Word.

I haven't finished it yet but so far it is amazing, better than any of the Uncharteds and one of my favorite games from last gen.

I just finished the 16 hour journey that absolutley transcended my emotions up and down. Not only is the writing up there with good hbo or amc shows. But the gameplay wow I have never been so nervous so anxeity filled and tense from a game.


Amazing the first game to deserve a 10/10 this whole gen.

the last of us is definitely one of the crown achievements of the video game medium its hard to get stories like this in a game

Good Game NOT GREAT, THE AI is the worst i have seen in some time, i mean i have choked and killed people right in front of their partners without them paying attention. The screems the clickers make when i'm killing them should alert all near by enemys but it doesn't. Great story but the gamplay is SOOOO BORING!

GET PLANK, GET LADDER, GET WOODEN PALLET, CHOKE ENEMY OUT & REPEAT.........and lets not get started on the ending, what a buzz kill. 

THIS GAME CAN BE FINISH IN 10 hours, took me 12 and that was because i was looking around checking out the sights. 

Is it better than Uncharted 2? Haven't played TLOU but UC2 is the one game that I thought was the best the entire generation.robokill

It's undoubtedly the best game I've played on PS3. 

It's on par with uncharted, It does lack in some key areas tho.
