I think you missed the point... but yes... ds3 has the best triggers imo.

People ripping into stuff they'll never tried for themselves.

EG. An x360 faithful ripping into say, PSN, despite never having used it.

i dont own a ps3 at the moment, because theres nothin out on it i like, but ill eventually pick one up, i own a wii and a 360 too, im not a heavy gamer so i dont think i can be called a fanboi,

3 of my friends have ps3s(all of which dont own 360s, and i can absolutely claim from past remarks that they are sony fanbois), and every one of us says the triggers are horrible.

so unless the DS3 changed the triggers of the original ps3 controller, yes they are BAD
