"*insert colorful and non-violent game here* is kiddy."leviathan91

The trend has been turned the other way arround lately.

''Games that contain a violent atmosphere aimed towards and played by childeren''

Ironic isn't it?

How can anyone state that building a PC is difficult when they've never made the attempt? Truth be told just look at a video of someone installing a heat sink over a processor. That is by far and away the hardest part and many mobo/cpu combos come with them pre-installed. The rest is just a check to see if your smart enough not to put the circle in the square hole.Konxumer

Its not difficult. But it is risky. You don't want to mess up with the CPU installing and thermal paste should be applied only by those with experience.

I was called a PS3 fanboy when I tried to convince someone that a game that looks kiddy such as LittleBig Planet or Spore is not an argument for a game being bad. It was rather funny because the accuser seemed to think I was blindly trying to convince him that LBP was going to descend from the Heavens and lead us to that bright light at the end of the tunnel when all I was really doing was trying to point out a flaw in his arguement. Last I checked, insulting someone who's opinion was different then yours was one of the most fanboy-ish things a person can do.

being called a fanboy if i say teh truth e.g. uncharted is the best looking console game, xbox360>ps3 coz of games, XBL>PSN, 360 controller>DS3mingo123

I think it's more how you say it,
saying 360 controller>DS3 as "the truth" instead of saying "in my opinion" is where you get the whole "fanboy" thing from, same goes for XBL>PSN, it's opinion to say which is better, so, if you word it as an opinion, that's cool, discuss your experiences with both, and give your personal reasons, if you haven't used one and say the other is better, you are going into it blind, which is bad. Same goes for 360>Ps3 in terms of games, or Ps3>360 in terms of games, both opinions, and both provide a similar situation, discuss why, having played a number of games on both, you prefer one over the other, simple as that.

What I'm saying is, you could say:
"In my opinion, the ds3 is better than the 360 controller, due to preference in size/weight/button layout." That's a valid arguement. Whereas, "The 360 controller IS the best controller because I say so, it's a fact." Is not such a good arguement. The same goes for an XBL vs PSN arguement, you could say "In my opinion, XBL is better than PSN, due to possessing the type of content I enjoy." Rather then "XBL is better cuz it is, it's a fact!" See what I mean?
