From the more recent ones, mine has got to be the Portal 2 ending, it was great.
Close contender are a few conversations with Morrigan in DA:O.

I have had 2 very very emotional moments recently. The 1st was playing DA2. About 2 hours in. It was pure anger followed by sadness when I realized bioware had completely butchered the sequel to one of my favorite games of all time. The 2nd was playing the Witcher 2. About 2 hours in. It was pure elation and happiness and excitement. I realized CDProject had made an amazing sequel to one of my favorite games this gen. From the more recent ones, mine has got to be the Portal 2 ending, it was great.

When I was playing Street Fighter 2 Special Championship Edition on the Sega Megadrive on hardest setting and M-Bison kept pwning me I threw the controller at the wall and almost spat on the TV.
Other than that FFVII really had a way of making you love every single character, each one had a great story and when Aeris died, it was a bit sad.
When they killed your friend in killzone 2. So sad. SilverChimeraI felt more anger towards Rico than the HG during that scene. :p
There have been a bunch but the one that's freshest in my mind right nowis NIER's endings A-C. What a incredible ****ing game that was.
the whole yakuza 4 lol. like seriously, this game is an emotional rollercoaster. the ending was fantastic. the 4 battles at the end put it to a good end. people who played it know what i'm talking about.
Sarcasm aside, that was my answer. I was twelve when that game came out and I remember crying myself to sleep that night. She gets killed then you have to fight that damn Jenova monster with all that sappy music... man, I was such a wreck. I didn't even cry like that when I witnessed my dog Yojimbo get turned into a cherry slushy by a speeding 18 wheeler right in front of my house. When Aerith died in FFVII. God, I hated that b****. I was so happy. :D

Ending for MGS3...
When Big Boss finds out about everything that The Boss did, goes to her grave and salutes. Don't really know why, but that got me really choked up. Probably one of my top endings to a game.
Wait what? You were more sad about a video game character than your dog dieing?
When I played the game I said, "About dam time, maybe the game will get better now," to my cousin. Unfortunately it didn't.
Gears of War 2 Multiplayer.AAllxxjjnn
^This. GOW 2 is the most frustratin and satisfying game Ive ever played. Also Single player when Dom finds Maria.
The ending of Half-Life 2: Episode Two is one of the most genuinely sad things I've ever seen. I was left sat in stunned silence for a couple of minutes while the credits rolled.
Final Fantasy X, MGS3 and SotC all left a slight emotional impact on me. The games stayed on my mind for weeks after completion.

Yes. You can't blame a kid for the things they get emotionally attached to. Its better than growing up and getting to the point where you just don't care enough to cry about anything, am I right? The ending of Half-Life 2: Episode Two is one of the most genuinely sad things I've ever seen. ^^^^This, Valve left us with this cliffhanger, only to have that sad feeling lingering in ones soul for as long as it takes to play HL2-ep 3
