I have played CoD 1-3 and several Medal of Honor games and I remember literally nothing from them, except they are set in WW2.

You're all going with "short" campaigns but I'm going to go the other way and say Xenoblade; It typifies why long doesn't equal good. It was an unncessarily padded out version off FFXII and the story made no sense. (your life was some crappy analogy for two gods fighting each other was stupidly complicated and pretentious) gave up 10 hours in near some impossible spider boss after finding out i was nowhere near the end.
[QUOTE="Michael0134567"]I was going to say Killzone too but the AI in that game is definitely not awful. I agree with Killzone's campaign but the AI was actually pretty good.Killzone. Not bad, it just lacks memorable moments. Plus the AI is just awful.

So I just beat Gears:J campaign with 2 other friends on Hardcore. We did almost all "level mutators" and I enjoyed it.Had quite some fun with the co op gameplay and all, some level mutators were quite challenging on hardcore and we had to try them over and over again but there is just something that bugs me... So we beat the game I one stting. Took us about 8 hours. We were done with it about 2 hours before I made this thread and guess what? I can't rememeber jack sh*t. Its just room after room with differen enemies, some generic environments some generic cutscenes with some guy with a p*rn stache. It all blends in. Challenge room after change room , everything generic and forgettable. Its quite unbelievable really. I've never play a more forgettable campaign EVER.Literary 2 hours after I beat the game NOTHING stand s out for me and I can't remeber sh*t. I'm 100% serious not exaggerating at all... it is indeed the least memorable camping I played ever. Not the worst mind you, as I said before I enjoyed the gameplay a lot but thats all it is. Gameplay... Its quite amazing, I've never seen anything quite like it. So before someone says "Nice blog bro". Has anyone played a more forgettable SP ? Not possible if you have finished Grow:J but for the sake of argument...beganoo
I'm not surprised. That happens to me with most FPS Single Player Campaigns. I definitely believe you. Quake 4, CoD, Killzone 2, Bulletstorm. Most of them I can't even remember what the story was about. Some of the Halo games I still remember, but not much else.
Fire Emblem awakening.... story was sooo bland and boring and they talked too much about the power of friendship i don't remember the details... only remember grinding...... and killing the last boss in 1 attack.. and skipping the ending because i couldn't stand looking at the game anymore at that point.
Nier was pretty forgettable, seriously I don't even remember any of the characters name, the gameplay was so meh that I really don't remember any high point in the game. the world was pretty lame too All I can remember is the music
something: oddysey to the west. I can't even remember the title of the game. All remember the main character name was monkey and he used a stick.
I've probably forgotten, but MW 2's campaign and what I played of Medal of Honor Warfighter come to mind as being pretty awful.Â
Apart from shooters, Arcania: Gothic 4 was insanely dull and generic as far as fantasy RPG's go.Â
CoD followed by Halo and Gears.
Truly pathetic attempts at passing off multiplayer games as full price campaign titles.
[QUOTE="LittleMac19"]Alan Wake, without a doubt, the promise was there, the execution? terrible.sukrajwhat a terrible game No it wasn't.
I can't believe a whole 2 persons actually siad Nier... My mind = blown. Plus everytime a thread comes up talking about stories, Nier is one game that tends to get a good share of the votes.
Personally I'm having a very hard time remembering much of Bayonetta, if anything at all.
