The most under rated game of all time IMO

A lot of my favorite games evar and currently go unnoticed.

Savage: Battle for Newerth wasn't all that popular (especially outside the PC world)

Mount & Blade is one of my current favorite games and is unheard of greatly.

I played and loved parasite eve. PE2 wasn't as good though I thought, especially because I got completely stuck midway through :( But a lot of amazing underrated/unheard of games seem to be located on the PC.

I remember playing the first parasite eve. It was amazing but too hard for me at the time. I wish I owned a copy today so I could appreciate it's beauty and great story. If I found it in a bargin ben somewhere, I would insta-buy.

i found one back in 2004..i bought it and still have it today..

All of these should've been AAA games.

Parasite Eve was pretty good. Great story, but had some pacing issues and gameplay was a bit too clunky.goblaa

i dont think it was clucky...it just took some getting use to..the game was well designed

Man I just couldn't get into that game. It epitomized dungeon crawler. However, on the parts where you actually went outside, I was amazed. It also possibly had the greatest battle system I've ever seen in an RPG...truly sick for the time.

All of these should've been AAA games.

Quakeworld, Psychonauts, Beyond Good & Evil, skate., Freedom Force vs. The Third Reich, Grim Fandango, Clive Barker's Undying, No One Lives Forever 1/2, Planescape: Torment.

If the title of that game started with "FINAL" and ended with "Fantasy" followed by a number, it wouldve been easily AAA.

ETD is actually very well known, freedom fighters is sort of known too..i know alot of people who played it..night shade was hyped like crab cakes before its release..i still have the GI and PSN mags that have articles on it because it was suppose to be the FUTURE OF THE SHINOBI FRANCHISE!!!..free lancer and naruitame 3 i heard alittle about them but not alot..

Deus Ex. One of the best story driven FPS/RPG hybrids EVER. End of story.

Homeworld. One of the best RTS' PERIOD. Great story telling and revolutionary in terms of 3d space combat.

Eternal Darkness was on top of a GI poll for one of the greatest games no one played, so I added it as well.

While EQ was virtual crack for a huge number of people, it is widely forgotten now that WoW has stolen the scene. It also got scored pretty low for being such a revolutionizing title.

nope both of those games did soo well that directors cuts were made and even released here in the USA..SO3 freakin put star ocean back on the map in the USA..if any star ocean is underrated its star ocean a second story...
