The new Microsoft console will be called "i'm about to blow up"
and Sony of course, will release "The Cure" which will be the first ever console that is able to remove AIDS and Cancer. along with other diseases and viruses. there won't be a new Nintendo. they went bankrupt in 2010.
Nintendo will probably keep the wii name since it is so successful.
PS4 and who knows what the next xbox will be called.

I doubt that since NES and SNES were successful. Plus Nintendo has aleady said that their next console will be more "typical" than the Wii...although that could change.
I think Nintendo's name will be impossible to judge as the GC was originally "dolphin" and the Wii was originally "revolution".
I think MS will drop the numbering and do something along the lines of "elite". It will be something like Xbox "X-treme" or Xbox "SKynet" or something. They will definitely keep the Xbox brand name though.
You're right the PS4 will be PS4, but I think they will mix it up and make it Playstation4 in hopes of reminding people of the golden days.
They could call the next Sony machine the HypeStation4. I actually like that name. They could call the next Nintendo machine the Nintendo - Yay! or Yai or even Yei. Hmm what about the Nintendo - Whoopii! or Nintendo - HiHii! :(
I know for a FACT that the Xbox 360's successors CODENAME is the "Xbox 720". I don't know though if that will stick as the final product name... I hope to god not.
