The next halo won't be called Halo 4. It will have a completely new name.

The Last Spartan, the Chronicles of Master Chief, etc

We know the game is coming. It's inevitable. I think they should start fresh and have completely new play mechanics but still be a FPS. What would you change?

Yeah, I think a prequel is a sho-in and would absolutely sell through the roof so I expect it to be done in time for the launch of the next MS console or at least that makes about a billion dollars worth of Cents to me. ;)

exciting battles.. Meh MP1,2,3 had better battles. Great combat... Meh Golden eye was better so was Perfect Dark and also Timesplitters... Good multiplayer but the masses have said "CoD4 is better" and because it has a big following dont mean its good!

metroid prime battles were no challenge and you used a lock on

golden eye was great back in the day but guess what its been over a decade now

and timesplitters has always been crap

and yes halo 3 multiplayer is better then that unbalanced frag fest known as cod4

I want to play a couple of different episodes. The three Halos didn't include The Fall of Reach, First Strike, and Uprising. I want to play those so bad. I think that Bungie really needs to forget about the MP for their next game and just focus on the SP. I saw a prequel should be squad combat with your other spartans.

fair enough can't argue that.. Though I thought FEAR's, Bioshocks, Orange Boxs and metroid primes 3's were better singleplayer.. But you really can't beat the overall package as far as console shooters go as of yet for Halo.

next halo i think would be something like halo online, with such a big fanbase, MS would be stupid to not to make it, unless its afraid all the halo fanboys will keep playing that onlynaval

If they made a game like Planetside set in the Halo universe on the Xbox360.. Now that would be the first Halo game I would consider sweet.

I wouldn't mind seeing some kind of Halo: "Ghost" a Splinter Cell/MGS type stealth game set in the Halo Universe where you play a Convenant alien infilitrating Earth before the initial attack. Wiping out humanity FTW. :twisted:
