The Next Perfect Dark Game Will Be Better Resistance 2?

So the internet have been buzzing with word about Resistance 2 and The Next Perfect Darkgame are in the works. So I was thinking, since these two were the first exclusivefirst person shooters launch games for their systems, which part deuce will be better? Perfect Dark Zero is a AAA game while Resistance is a AA game. So its just right to predict that the next Perfect Dark will be better and score better than Resistance 2.

Perfect Dark Zero > Resistance

next Perfect Dark game > Resistance 2

AAA > AA

I mean that PDZ boomerang weapon was better than any weapon in Resistance. Also that PDZ Infection game mode was funner than any Resistance game mode.

I personally didnt Like PDZ, but Resistance was pretty cool. Ill probably rent both, but ill go with Resistance 2 being better.

Anyone who says that PDZ is better than Resistance based on the GS review is a damn moron though.

the gamespot score for PDZ is a damn anomaly. Its pretty much understood that the game is over-rated on here, especially when several 360 owners admit that.

Isn't the game Called Perfect Dark Zero because it takes place before the first game? From what I seen, when a game has a 'zero' it means it takes place before the first game, if that's not the case with PDZ? Because, Zero 2 would be like... the first game.Nerkcon

PDZ had an over rated score because its only competition was PS2 games and Gamecube stuff. Resistance had Gears to compete with. Anyone that thinks PDZ is better then Resistance in gameplay or graphics is obviously brain dead. Resistance was also rushed.

Resistance 2 will stomp all over PDZ you heard it here first. and probably compete closer to Gears of War 2 then the the previous did to the 1st Gears.

Actually I do think that PDZ is the better game, it had good level design, fun gameplay(that actually took skill), great co-op(rooftop mission alone was fantastic), and pretty good multiplayer. The story in Resistance was better I'll give you that, but I enjoyed PDZ a lot more!

Well, on gamrankings, both are AA. Expect resistance is an 8.7 and PDZ is an 8.1. So you're "Perfect Dark Zero> Resistance" claim is pretty baseless. (unless you insist on only using gamespot)

Anyways, Insomniac really wanted resistance to be more of an AAA game. They worked really hard on it. For resistance 2 they're going to work they're asses of to make it better than resistance 1 in every possible way. They'll make sure resistance 2 will be at least as good resistance 1. I think resistance 2 will be better than PDZ 2...

It won't be Perfect Dark Zero 2. Since PDZ was a Prequel to Perfect Dark 64. It should be called Perfect Dark 2 since there is a PD0 and PD1.

It makes the first game harder to enjoy because it basically eats the Perfect Dark brand name and poops it out into your game system. Whoever made the game had no business calling it Perfect Dark.

The story was the reason I played it. I enjoy the PD story and a prequel was fun to play. Ofcourse I want another PD that will trump the original and be amazing.

yeah but we only use GS score here. cows would be crying if we always used gamerankings.

I honestly dunno why everyone (or maybe its just the cows crying still because they never gota AAAE) hated PDZ; i thought campaign was kinda crappy but was alright in co-op, and the multiplayer was great and a lot of fun. Either way, i expect PD2 or PDZ2 to be better.

And from back then I never understood trying to cancel out an average that INCLUDES Gamespot's score.
