As someone already pointed out I think the major platforms for Jrpgs at the moment are handhelds. I think all of them (DS,3DS,PSP and VITA eventually) are huge in Japan and most of the Jrpgs are released over there, the thing is that Sony for some reason isn't bringing those games to west while Nintendo realized that NA/EU markets are also pretty big when it comes to Jrpgs. I just don't understand why Sony has no faith in bringing the genre over here.

If you really want to know I actually did the number crunching a month ago at a different site, when you add all the VItas current game acess scores and all the BC you mentioned on the 3D scores together and average the Psvita actually doe have the better average. There is too much clutter on your nintendo systems, your quantity has no quality.

If you do not believe me feel free to take god awful painful time as I did. Lucky for me I was waiting at a meeting at the time which was online and I had enough spare time to do so. Once you do come back to me when you find out the Vitas average is higher.

And no, they, I do to reasearch, one was having all the RPgs included, and one was 6.0 or higher which the Vita still won in the end. So there was no sway of imbalance.

Why?

Vita sold what, 4 million world wide now? No price cut? No memory card price cut? Pressure on retailers preventing them from cutting the price of games or cards.

16 gb card for over $60 including tax?

If they kill the PSP, which is what they should have done. Or at least killed PSP game support, and cut the price of the cards and the vita, they could easily start catching up rather quickly, which in turn will get more devs on board.

A guy at my local store said the Vitas games and cards were the only stock in for 4 months since there was no one buying. Once the last person brought a memory card the customer in front of me was out of luck.
