@Pedro: I judge based on quality. Application doesn't mean shit to me if it doesn't deliver quality first and foremost. I am not willing to play a game at 30fps on my PC and I am not going to make an exception for a handheld. 30fps is shit regardless of how you are playing. So, if hardware is running games at 30fps and failing to hit 60fps or higher, that hardware is shit. It is that simple. There are also other compromises that you have to deal with. Just take a look at Crysis Remastered on Switch. Terrible.
It doesn't matter if it is portable, has power limitations, uses a mobile processor, etc... those are all excuses. At the end of the day, it can not get the job done. I am looking for quality, not excuses. This is pretty straightforward logic. If you don't agree, then you don't care about quality. That is fine, but don't try to come at me with this application bullshit.
