I couldn't agree more. I ran the game at low settings, but I doubt that if I paid a lot more to play it on higher settings, i'd have a better experience. Crysis's multiplayer was just awful and even older games such as even Jedi Academy had better multiplayer. Only two multiplayer modes? i was appalled. the single player didn't have much replay value, too. i regret buying it at full price, and the only reason I prefer a game like Halo 3 or COD4 is because there was actually some decent multiplayer to look forward to after finishing the single player.

Sorry man but you DO NEED to play crysis in high settings to really see what it has to offer.Half the time you will just be looking at the graphics provided your framerate is respectable.It's just THAT good IMO.

you know, spending tons of money for a PC/console to play one game is crazy, but money for a PC upgrade to make Crysis look better even though I can already run it is just idiotic. I actually enjoyed the game a bit despite how I played it on low settings, but the gameplay was where it's at and that'll go for pretty much any game I ever play. the graphics didn't make the game any more/less playable. i play my games for fun, not for the luxury of staring at it until my PC overheats

I hate to turn this bash-fest into a Crysis discussion, but I've got to disagree about that gunplay part. Personally, I've yet to find a FPS that has better gunplay or firefights. But yes, aside from that and the graphics, it was pretty average (except for the story, which was pretty much useless).

Also, I'm a Painballz supporter. The board wouldn't be the same with superstar trolls like him.

i've spoken to Painballz on steam and he seems like a good kid.
