Is that time of the month again NPD,i am interested in this one because i want to see if the trend of the xbox one being outsold by the xbox 360 in the same time frame continues as i predicted.

PlayStation 4 was the top-selling new gaming console at United States retailers last month, according to data from industry-tracking firm The NPD Group that Sony Interactive Entertainment provided to GamesBeat. PS4 has outsold the competition for 13 of the last 15 months. The Xbox One came out on top in April and October in 2015, and it continues to sell well — but Sony has all of the momentum. Nintendo’s Wii U, meanwhile, is likely on the way out as the company shifts to mobile gaming and its new codenamed NX dedicated hardware to try to find new revenues in the $99.3 billion gaming business.

I was just about to say the same thing. I be surprise if QB had any effects for Xbox One sales despite it's also on windows 10. Although QB was the number one sale in UK from what Gamespot reported this past Monday.

Edit: Now that I think about it, QB was release in April 5th and this is March NPD. I don't think it will have anything to do for Xbox One sales.

Highly unlikely. Remember that Sony hasn't officially announce this PS4.5/K, I don't think it will hurt PS4 sales at all and we are still in the rumors boat as it is.

I have no idea how the consoles have been selling. Last gen it was a fun corner of the system wars, this gen I feel like it's moot. Both consoles have just about equal worth... I'm really no fun in this thread whatsoever.

I only attend the CowLemHerm meetings, and they never seem to discuss sales. I could look back through the meeting minutes and see if I missed it. Otherwise, I can bring up at our next meeting for a vote. It will probably get shot down though, as it seems most people at the CowLemHerm meetings don't care about sales. I will keep you in the loop though.

I don't know if PS4 can win this month. It was facing the Xbone pricecut nationwide , nice Xbone deals/trade-in offers , The Division exclusive marketing that was everywhere , and the crazy anticipation for Quantum Break. Only time will tell.

Yeah I cant wrap my head around that. Obviously there is the extra sales money but its a vital part of a system. Imagine if our PS4's had no plug for an electrical outlet. Well it's easily fixable but really?

Isn't it great? Knowing how much development support we can expect in the future? Man, it sure would be nice if we could get a repeat of the PS2 days here.
