Was one of the best franchises ever... and it went downhill (Jam... Hahaha! Get it?).
1. THPS - Amazing. 2. THPS2- Amazing. 3. THPS3- Amazing. 4. THPS4- Really, really good. 5. Tony Hawk's Underground - Really, really, really good. 6. Tony Hawk's Underground - Amazing. 7. American Wasteland - In my opinion, one of the best, however, many disagree with me. 8. Project 8 - Really bad... 9. Downhill Jam - Surprisingly good. Still worse than all the others (Well, it was a racing game). 10. Proving Grounds - Never played. 11. Tony Hawk Ride - Officially killed the Tony Hawk series. It could have been really good with the board, but they just didn't do it right.
I agree, they should just put the series to rest. They need to quit beating the dead horse. But hopefully, this is a sign of things to come with series like COD if they continue with their "expliot series with yearly installments to maximize profits" business model. I doubt they will though. Especially with rumors of there being a 3rd COD team. But back in the ps2 days, I loved the series. THPS 2 was one of my favorite games on it. I remember it being a critical darling too. It was one of Activisions and the ps2's biggest titles. Rest in peace TPHS. You will be remembered.

THPS2 is what got me into skating :P watching all those vids you got for completing the careers did anywayz Theirs no shame in THPS helping you find your way to skating. I first started skating because of Ban This an old Powell video. And Silenthps your right when ever I watched the video's from one of Tonys game I had to go out and skate after word.
