lol... DS is a great handheld but i like the psp more, the last time i played my DS was like 4 months ago playing ( The world ends with you).. soon will be playing kingdom hearts.. the psp has an amzing library of games and soon will be having Dissidia:final fantasy...anyways Scribblenauts looks intresting.. might have to look for it
thats one reason, but also the better support from first and third party, the more well rounded library of games, and all of the dlc features too. (I like both the DS and PSP pretty much the same though.)
We have Scribblenauts!!! lol!
not just that, but a far better rounded and quality selection of titles. Really? My wife bought a DSi about a month ago, because she bought into the gimmick. She played the 2 games she wanted to, and I bought FFIV, and ChronoTrigger. When it was time to go buy new games, we both looked around, and started to notice all of the baby sitting games, cooking games, lawyer games, fashion games, language games, etc. In other words, there's a lot of garbage. So, we took the DSi back, got the money back, and bought a PSP. There's a larger library of games that appeal to both her, and I. I guess if you're 6 years old the DS library will appeal to you, but there's way too much garbage, and the good games are hard to find.We have Scribblenauts!!! lol!

Yeah, there's a bunch of shovelware there are a TON of quality titles out there. And why do you hate on lawyer games? Phoenix Wright is one the best franchises to come out this gen.The DS is s***. The PSP rocks!

Who could argue with such a well reasoned argument
The DS library dominates the PSP library
There's also the remakes of the best Pokemon games, and Mario and Luigi.
Scribblenauts looks like the best, at the moment.
I have a DS Lite and have no wish to play that game. If that's your only reason and I was deciding, I would pick the PSP.We have Scribblenauts!!! lol!

EDIT: Scribblenauts isn't a reason not to get a PSP. It may be a reason to get a DS, but it's not a reason to skip the PSP.

and arguably the best library of other RPGS this generation, and the only platform that has truly stuck to some of nintendos roots with its games.

[QUOTE="double_heist"]I have a DS and PSP. If I want to go more casual and relaxing than hardcore, I play the DS (cooking mama, phoenix wright, gardening mama, mario games) If I want to play more hardcore or something cool and fun for me, I play the PSP (star ocean 1, ffvii:cc, hiopb:wdidtdt, patapon)HarlockJCThe hardcore vs casual is a joke...There are 10 times the number of so called hardcore games on the DS compared to the PSP. Heck in the last month there was Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor, Knights in the Nightmare, Black Sigil: Blade of the Exiled, and Dawn of Discovery. Just these are not big titles on here and most gamers will not even bother because they are not big name games. When really you would think the so called hardcore gamers would. There is in no real way you can compare the two game libraries. Don't forget Bangai-O Spirits Treasure always makes Hardcore games. I still want a PSP because it also has some games I want I'm happy with my DSi but I admit the PSP has some interesting games.

Agreed DS games don't interest me anymore either(except Golden Sun 3)

Well you should looked better, yes Ds got bad games just like any other console or handheld and just like any other good Console/Handheldits hard to find good games in the shelves.
Well, that AND it's got the largest library this gen as well as the largest library of AAAe games this gen.
PSP on the other hand has the worst library this gen. Possibly one of the worst of any popular system if not THE worst ever.....
That's why you would buy a DS.
[QUOTE="treedoor"]
if not THE worst ever.....
VendettaRed07
I think you might be going way, overboard with that
Why? NES, SNES, Sega Genesis, N64, PS1, PS2, Dreamcast, Gamecube, Xbox, Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DS, GBA, PC all have better games than the PSP
PSP beats out the consoles that nobody cared about. The ones that had terrible game libraries like the Jaguar.

ACtually who ever owns a playstation 1,2 or 3 can get that game for cheap.

Look at that a fanboy opinion. Thats trustworthy:roll:
TO be honest both are good, but the DS libary just doesint interest me. I have both a ds fat and light. I havent touched them close to 2 years. I have used my psp plenty of times though.
buy some games for it then the DS has had a stunning range of games so far, i'm just dissapointed the future seems to be nothing but RPGs.TO be honest both are good, but the DS libary just doesint interest me. The PSP is just the next best thing to a PS3...Why buy a PS3 when you can buy a PSP? A lot of the games/sereis released for the PS3 are also released for thePSP...Ratchet and Clank, Metal Gear Solid, God of War...You even get some original games like loco roco...and the PSP gets Jak while the PS3 gets noting...but as i said before it's just the NEXT best thing...other than that a DS is better...if you want to look for original games look at the DS! Phoenix Wright has become oneof of my favorite series on handheld or console! Even though Capcom ruined it with Apollo Justice...and maybethe new one...but from the scores it looks like it is pretty good...You get Zelda, Metroid, Mario, Tons and Tons of RPGs...if it's a port (Crono Trigger) a re-make (FFIV) or something completley different (World Ends with You) the ds has it in the RPG catagory! That is just scratching the surface!
