I have both portables but I think DS is much better because its got a lot more games and the PSP tries to be a portable console which is annoying because it really can't be.

DS is better for now, but you gotta admit the PSP is getting some really good games as of late.

even though i dont own a DS I still recognise that it has a stellar lineup that is constantly being improved. you're basically doing what DS snobs do in reverse

Im not being a snob. Just nothing on it has really caught my interest. Just cause something gets high reviews or praise doeisnt mean im going to like it. I never said they were bad games. Im just not interested. Its like trying to force someone to see a moive that has high praise,but they personally have zero intrest. Like slum dog. That movie has huge praise and won awards. I still have no urg to see it.

Well when things reallycach my intrest I look at gameplay and vid reviews. I dont buy games just cause it looks interesting. Im not rich. Plus home console games come first when im thinking of what to spend my gaming money on.

another thing the PSP has over the DS is superior DLC games (provided the PSP's DLC content is also about a year older then the DS's though...)

also, Im sure it will there are a lot of good games for the DS, New Super Mario Bros, Pokemon D/P, Kirby Canvas Curse, the list goes on.

i still think you should hit up some of the classics on the DS if you see them cheap., there's a lot of amazing stuff on the system

Yeah I have DS and PSP and I have to agree with treedor. The PSP isn't that good, I mainly use it for movies.

Same. PSP games tend to be more pretty than they are fun. Many of my games I regret DL'ing from PSN 'cause if I bought them on UMD, they'd be back at GameStop. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of games I'm not to fond of and $100 missing from my savings account. :(

Video quality is great though. That's what I'll be buying from PSN from now on.

Their hardware is kinda dated now. iPhone pwns the mess outta both ofthem in the graphics department. They have enough power to handle any genre that's thrown at them, all that matters now is what games are thrown at them, the DS winning there.
