Why is the PS3 version so inferior?

Simple, Devs got lazy and just said whatever since it's almost garaunteed to sell less on the PS3.

Because EA did the port and not Valve.Ibacai

Ah, I guess I missed that part.

Well, if EA did it, that explains everything.

Simple answer. It was developed for the PC first. It's a simple port to the 360 and a very difficult one to the PS3. The other reason is what Ibacai said it's an EA port hey are the absolute laziest company there is on ports.Firelore29

i think ubisoft is worse when it's last minute ports.

this is your reason, TC. just in case you didn't know, EA has a terrible history with ps3 multiplats, they are known for just being lazy and not coding as well as they could.

but, in response to the quote, you never know how a valve ported version would have worked, i mean gabe newell said he hated the ps3.
