M$ is in the black for this quarter which started at the beggining of the month overall M$ is the furthest in the red with all there warrenty and replacement stuff.
I wouldn't say price drops are panic induced decisions. Price drops happen all the time.
Realize I'm not defending Sony or the PS3 (don't think it's worth owning yet), that being said I don't think price cuts are a viable way to look at Sony as worrying.

This does not seem to be a normal price drop to me:
"Sony attributed the loss primarily to "the strategic pricing of PS3 at points lower than its production cost and the increase in PS3-related inventory write-downs recorded during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the previous year."
[QUOTE="meetroid8"]Well R&C didn't get AAAE. Only AAE. I'm still waiying for the PS3s first AAAE I really thought R&C had done it but...89...one point off....Sir_BIGnuts
What difference does it make? Just because it didn't recieve a great score here doesn't mean its crap. I didn't say that it was crap :( It just seems that by now the PS3 should have a AAAE and its dissapointing that it doesn't.
