The PC Graphics Showcase Thread! *56k is dooooomed*

I've been hearing alot of chatter today from the mose PC unfreindly circles that the PC has nothing to show buit Crysis. Infact i have heard this countless times here on SW, consoles are great but lets show those who dout the PC who their graphical daddy is ;)

**The Rules***

No Crysis unless someone directly makes a ludicrous calim about it (or if you Really Really want to :P )

I shall get the ball rolling with some STALKER and Clear Sky.

Trust me, try playing them... You're opinion will change... E:TW is just epic in scale, yet when you are up close the graphics are awesome

Yup.

STALKER is probably one of the worst games to use when bragging about graphics.

Sure, the lighting is nice, and so are the environments and textures, but the character and weapon models are just plain bad.

Good game though.

Crysis with 1.3 custom cfg mod and 1 warhead on 8AA










and the game is'nt maxed out yet

Everytime I see one of these threads, I get an overwhelming urge to want to buy a gaming PC.

It took me a few weeks after buying it to play past the first area, felt rather slow, however when I finally ventured past that area I loved the game and played it to the end.

I suppose it is preference.

What? how can any of you post test drive unlimited or grid, surely...wait, pc game, ok that excludes gt prologue, but still, test drive has bad graphics imo, and grid is average.

Why hasn't anyone posted Crysis, i would if i didn't have essays to do. Is it cos none of you have good enough graphics card for Crysis to look amazing, cos that game looks real at time. I sincerely hope the second post was a joke.
