Okay I am seriously sick of this ****... I said it okay. What I meant was that we can only observe 60fps because that is alls our eyes can see. We do not move at frames but since we can only see 60 frames a second relative to the human mind we move at 60 frames per second. Well I picture a half human half pikachu to have yellow fur and he would have a tail, ears, red cheeks, but anatomically be a human. I understand why you like her though.
