The latest numbers from the PS3 are coming in from various sources. Anytime there is a price cut the system is going to sell better. The problem is that the sales tend to taper off. Pulmonary numbers aren't very promising though.

As you can see there was some significant increase but the PS3 is still only selling half as many systems as the Wii and not as many as the PS2. You have to assume that these sales numbers will continue for a bit but the PS3 will probably drop back again as is common with any price drop.
In case you don't trust vgcharts here is a Punchjump article talking about ebay sales. Essentially the article says that even though the PS3's sales have increased significantly on ebay it's still in last place on sales there.
