no one is talking about pc's here its ps3 and 360.

one peice of the puzzle?? you sound like a sony article defending its choice of the rsx.

games with a 50mill budget better had look good but they still lacked things that if they had a better gpu and memory they would have had..

i wont argue that some of the games did look very good and i will be getting them but it still remains that its GPU is not up to scratch as much as the 360's..

a years lead?? it may have been released ahead of the ps3 but i bet most of the games we have seen so far for the ps3 have had near enough the same amount of dev time..

dev time cant be attributed to a poor and muddy texture..that is down to system limitations....

either way the games will be good....

I don't have to make excuses for the rsx the 2007 e3 was there for all to see and the 360 dev kits came out early 2005 and the ps3 in mid 2006. Face it the ps3 has closed the gap and in some cases surpassed the 360 only impressive game graphically for the 360 was cod4 and that's also coming to the ps3 ifI remember right.

I couldn't argue with that, the 360 lacks everything in the hardware sections but games are there. I personally would have liked a HD-DVD player built in with all models, as well as a HDMI port in all models.

Funny cuz devs had have Ps3 kits almost the same amount of time as the 360 ones.

:lol: another misinformed fanboy 360 dev kits were out in 05 and the official ps3 ones weren't out until june/july 06.... and yet ps3 1st gen stomp's all over 360's 2nd gen graphically :|

comparisons from every net site dissagrees with you....

the new games announced look very good but they are hardleys 1st gen titles when we wont get them till next year.....:roll:

All those comparisons are of crap EA and ubisoft ports, im talking about ps3 only games that stomp all over xflops 1st and 2nd gen games

its own games look very good but you cant say they stomp all over the 360 games casue you dont know how those games would look on the 360..im guessing graphicaly better but some of the things the cell can do may have to be cut from the 360 version and vice versa..

true the ps3 is gaining ground as shown but games like cod4 will be better on the 360 im guessing..but we will see..

what will people say when that game and other's like cod4 look better on the 360??

will it still be crappy ubisoft then??

I agree mostly with what you said. However, the thing that the 360 has right now that the PS3 doesnt are the games!!! All the fancy tech and hardware doesnt mean a darn thing without games to show it off. Sony needs to get it in gear and get gams like MGS 4, Killzne 2, Tekken 6, GT 5, FF XIII and others out. How about other Sony farnchises like Syphon Filter, God Of War 3, RFoM 2 and others. Ultimately, the games will decide which system sells the most this generation!!
