The PSP packs alot of power and Sony is releasing nothing but garbage on it.

There is nothing Sony can do to revive the PSP from its death. Kill it off and start fresh, its a disaster. It does have good games though

It is far from a disaster but I do agree it has good games and the upcoming line up for the psp looks better than the upcoming line up for the ds

Although I don't own a PSP, I am very excited for Valkria Chronicles 2 and God of War: Ghost of Sparta.

So in other words its a disaster with good games? frankly all I care about is the game part but that doesn't mean the system itself isn't doing poorly. But I agree, atleast they did get a decent foot in the handheld market.

Being that Coolyfett is the most unstoppable gamer in the world, his take is that your thought process is excellent. Uniqueness is the ability of all 5 major platforms. Each has their strengths and values. It is a good trait you have the ability to see that.

Subjective. That DS line up is very heavy on the RPG's. More variety in the psp line up if you ask me.

its sad of the reputation the psp has gotten on system wars because of its sales, it has a pretty respectable game library if you think about it, i like being able to play god of war, gta, persona, crisis core and mgs and tons of ps1 games on my psp, its not a system for everyone but its a system for some people

While the DS line does have a large part of RPG's it still has quite some variety in the line up. Dont get me wrong the psp line up is great but just a bit off from topping what the DS has but as you said subjective.

If we're talking about support from the manufacturing companies, Nintendo isn't really developing much for the DS either. The only thing I can think of that's actually from them is "Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem!", although they are publishing a few titles.

But this is normal... as a former Gamecube owner, I know that Nintendo quickly abandons ship after they announce a new console.

Of course the Psp was hyped more then the DS it had a way better launch and it was the more powerful system...

The DS used two screens too which many people thought was a dumb idea until they played with one. (Nintendo didn't even think it would do amazing because they said it wasn't even the next gameboy, that it was a pillar or something)

where does the psp sale?only in japan thats about it. the psp sold way more in the beginning mainly from the hype of the successful ps2 then 3-4 years later the psp sales drop horribly. it didnt even accumulate a nice average of hardware sold per year it just drops less and less as time goes on

i barely see anybody talk about the ds lineup this year because they dont have too. its given the ds is the better handheld and if they werre doing the same like the psp fans do i would call them out too for being rediculous knowing they are mopping the floor with the competition.

however to see the same list 20 times in less then a month is annoying my friend not saying you directly ive seen it done many times these games will probably suck hard for all that we know and some of them may only be released in japan which doesnt help at all.
