If you could pick only two PC games to have this gen, which ones would they be, and why? I'm going with UT3 and Starcraft 2. Got my shooter with more or less guaranteed good multiplayer, and I have my strategy game with more or less guaranteed good multiplayer. And I can live with bots offline, too. What would YOU choose? There are a lot of choices out there ;)
StarCraft II and Dragon Age. One is the sequel to the best RTS of all time, and the other is the spritual successor to one of the best RPGs of all time. It was really hard to leave out Spore though...

My choice also is exactly the same. Sarcraft 2 and Dragon Age, with leaving out spore mostly because i think i will enjoy the other 2 more
Most definately Starcraft 2. I'm buying a new PC for that game and I never really had a rig before :shock:... that and either Farcry 2 or Crysis. Both look really good but I'm leaning toward Farcry2 .
Since I've already got Bioshock, I can cross that one out. I definitely want Crysis-everything, from the singleplayer to the multiplayer to even the sandbox editor, will comprise a game that the lot of us will probably still be playing five years from now. As for the other game...I think I'll have to go with The Orange Box(what kind of title is that?), just for the sake of Portal. (Spore is another compelling choice; I can't wait to fly around and blow entire planets up!)
