The REAL Graphics King wen't unnoticed

Funny this thread has come up as I finished F.E.A.R 3 the other day and was wondering why no one ever mentions it for its graphics cus they are awesome. people that havent played the PC version on highest settings dont know what they are talking about, those screens dont do it justice. I took some screens too and still cant do it justice. Its not graphics king but it looks better then what people are claiming.

This game was overlooked visually, the game looks even better in motion.

Even the egregious amount of motion blur can't hide it's unimpressive texture work. Does it look bad? By no means, it's looks fine. But there are plently of games that do it better.

Do you have actual in game images off your PC that you could show us instead of just telling us?

I'm not taking the time to reinstall and screencap a game because someone on a forum can't except that he's wrong.

I should probably just forget about posting this... just feeding the troll... but I'll do it anyways.

The Witcher 2. Far better textures, also a higher res screenshot. No motion blur.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Once again, better textures, higher res, better gun model, and no motion blur.

Half Life 2, modded, textures about equal with OP pics, with great lighting; So some PC modders can make an 8 year old game look better than a new title made by professionals.

I love all these comments stating how this game doesn't look good, yet you all fail to provide any pictures that are superior to this.

Modded Crysis doesn't count.

Maybe for a review. But one of the benefits of the PC is the ability to mod games. And if you are looking for the best looking game possible, then it's gonna be modded crysis, modded skyrim, modded GTA IV

Killzone 2 STILL looks better than that. Amazing how a game from 2009 still looks better than 90% of the games coming out today.

I have both, no way does Killzone 2 look as good as FEAR 3 on PC.

They released a conservative version of their game so it would run well for people. Modders don't care about that and turn up everything a LOT. Still the same game with the same engine. Not like the modders add something completely new to the game, most just tweak lighting and contrasts with some different camera movements.

I'm sick of people saying "Mods don't count", of course they bloody count.

The game actually looks that good in-game. And IIRC, the game has little to no HUD, so those shots could very well be in-game.

Those are ingame, taken from my PC with 16xAA.

Mirrors Edge doesn't have any HUD in the story mode only in time attack.

Hoperfully MS don't cheap out on the next Xbox and those cut scenes will become real time graphics in Halo 5.

That's a bullshot/modded shot, because Halo 4 on 360 is 720p, not 1440p.

(or it ran on PC for its initial showing like PS3 did with Heavy Rain)
