Yeah I really want it too, it's only like 900 here in some places. 21:9 is by far the best for games. The peripheral view you get is incredible

Planetside 2 at 1440p.

2560x1440p @ 60fps with all settings on Ultra.

I know.... I can't go back to 16:9 now.

What's holding me back is performance... I am currently playing games that support downsampling at a 150% resolution because it just makes the games look so much better and if I get the LG 34" downsampling at 150% means:

5160x2160!

I never said anything about not owning a PS4 and being a "fan". There's difference between being a "fanboy" and a "fan".Honestly, after a while, your opinion becomes pretty much moot if you're a fanboy constantly defending a product/company that you don't even support yourself lol. Also, I understand if you can't afford it atm, but that's not the point I was trying to make. I have a friend in real life that's a die-hard Sony fanboy, he defended the PS3 throughout it's entire life-cycle, even before 2009 during it's darkest days when it didn't have many interesting games. Even up until this day, he still hasn't played nor purchased any of the Sony exclusives, not even TLOU (one of my favorite games of the gen.). But yet, he hyped almost every one of them up. He definitely has the money buy whatever, so what's the problem? I can almost guarantee that there are several "fanboys" on here that are the same. You can also see it on N4g as well. No doubt, there are several people on both sides of the fence (cows moreso these days. It doesn't take glasses to see that they are the loudest fanboys on here.) that come here each day and argue their irrelevant opinions on things they don't even support in the first place lol (Tormentos and others). I may not agree with the opinion of the person who actually has purchased the product,and stands by it, but I respect their opinion 1000x more than a blind fanboy on a crusade every day. Don't be naive dude.

Rockstar are wizards with graphics. Though from the E3 videos of GTA V on the PS4 you can tell the game was originally built at the higher fidelity. It wasn't just higher resolution textures, all of the geometry was much higher fidelity. That's a good indication that they built the first version of the game around the PC and PS4/Xbox One specs and then down scaled for the PS3/360. That would also explain why the first pictures were much better quality than the PS3/360 version turned out.

That's true. I remember seeing much more foliage in the early screenshots than in the actual last gen version for example.

I think the PC version of GTA V has a good chance of stealing the open world graphics crown

Talking facts , the truth , having an opinion over a company , a product doesnt make you fanboy if you are being honest to what is really happening. Did i ever buy a PS3 .. no i didnt. I played some of its exclusives but never felt to buy it. Will i buy a PS4 ? Maybe !! That doesnt mean im clueless about it and talking out of my butt nor should i shut it and dont have an opinion over it ( of course ive played with it , dont own it doesnt mean i never saw it in action / played myself ). So someone that doesnt own a specific device should not talk / express a concern / say his opinion over hardware/software ?

Titanfall PC - 1440p 55-60ish fps.

I am currently playing with "Very High" texture quality. Until Monday that is when my 2 Titan Black SC's drop on my front door step. Then I will get to check out insane textures.

I know it's cool to hate on this game but I still enjoy it very much.

have to say these 2 screens look far better than anything ive seen in crysis 3. are they usermade maps? if so link? the top one far more so than the bottom one however.
